What does Cuna del Alma mean?
This new project aims to become a benchmark for a new tourism model in the Canary Islands, not just architecturally but also in its management approach.
Located in Puertito de Adeje, on the southwest coast of Tenerife, it is a lodging proposal focused on a new generation of discerning tourists and second-home owners seeking comfort, avoiding mass tourism, and feeling both ecologically and socially responsible.
What will be built?
Cuna del Alma includes low-rise beachfront apartments, small houses, and villas with 1 to 4 bedrooms. Alongside the completion of the private properties, all the facilities and infrastructure of the entire development will also be completed. The beach club and beach will also be finished at that time.
How is Cuna del Alma different from traditional tourism?
The project aligns with the tourism model adopted by Tenerife and the Canary Islands, which has long aimed to avoid overcrowding.
The name 'Cuna del Alma' was chosen out of sensitivity to the area. It was conceived from an environmental respect perspective and with landscape integration in mind.
Less is more. In this sense, the decision was made not to use more than 50% of the permitted buildability. Additionally, over 45% of the land is designated for public use.
